Tax Preparation & Filing (includes state filing)
All pricing is generated using standard tax preparation service circumstances with returns, If the return is more involved the price is subject to change. Changes to pricing will stem from the time involved to accurately prepare the return to be filed if additional time is required.
1120S S-Corporation Return
$2,000
This will include the preparation by a cpa and filing of your 1120S return.
1120 U.S. Corporation Income Tax Return
$2,000
This will include preparation by a cpa and filing of your 1120 CCORP return.
1065 Partnership Return
$1,650
This includes the preparation by a cpa and filing of your 1065 Partnership return. This includes issuing K1 forms
1040 with Schedule C
$1,000
This includes the filing of your personal income taxes along with your "Single Member LLC" This includes both state and federal filings. If you have more than one business the price increases by $350 per additional business.
1040 with State filing
$650
This includes the filing of your Federal 1040 and State return. This option is for individuals that do not have any businesses. EX: (W2 employees).
Bookkeping Services
Pricing will adjust depending on monthly transaction count.
Basic Bookkeeping
$750 per month
Includes up to 200 transactions per month, reconciliation and a review meeting
Intermediate Bookkeeping
$1200 per month
Includes up to 500 transactions per month, reconciliation and a review meeting
Advanced Bookkeeping
$1500 per month
Includes up to 1000 transactions per month, reconciliation and a review meeting
LLC SERVICES

LLC Formation
$750
This price includes the legal formation of the LLC as well as assigning a EIN number to your LLC with the IRS. This price does not include the filing fees associated with the LLC that vary by state. Example: SC is $143.00 filing fee paid directly to the state of SC.
ADVISORY SERVICES

Advisory Rate
$325 Hourly
Advisory will include any assistance provided by one of our CPA's. This will include, phone calls, email discussions, virtual meetings and all time included to provide the requested Advisory on an accurate scale. Time is billed per hour. If services do not require a full hour we will bill by the 10th of the hour (every 6 minutes).
